前几项是银行或者broker的charge，那个每个都不一样，其它都是standard cost. |

不明白怎么有escrow waiver fee,还有后边的escrow closing fee. 你不要escrow
account吗？应多比较两家lender。

title insurance, appraisal.我上次买房听说 recording fee 也一定要因为是county
还是什么的。 transfer tax 之类根据contract, 我们这边是各付一半，都规定好了

我们做的no cost refinancing 是用lender credit 去cover closing cost. |
