Closing charges包括很多项,such as title fee, recording fee and transfer tax,
etc.

房子的一个非常模糊的估算。
其次，楼主原话是"closing charge: $1,550 (after their credits)"，注意看，是有
credit的。
第三，在你列的项目里，出了escrow，都是closing cost，没错。唯一的是你的
appraisal和credit report应该是在过户前就早早付清了。

但是你得在第一次给人家打电话的时候就问就确认。
