为什么我们当中有4天overlap。 7/5明明是周四，难道不能在7/6结束oldloan吗？ 还
有那个4天的overlap如果是no cost refinance，是算在cost里头还是我们自己cover呢

发帖数: 3523 | 6 一般closing agent 会多收3天的利息以防万一。closing agent会把所有收到的钱加上
那3天的利息一起跟现在的lender去pay off旧loan。现在的lender会根据当时的pay
off balance多退少补。
正常情况下，周四funding，周五pay off。除非LZ的closing agent不是wire money，
而是邮寄支票的话，就不敢保证了。。。 |
