我的理解是2这个银行要收前面7项,下面列的也是无论如何从哪个银行也要收的,可能
由于是估算,所以跟第一个银行有点不一样。
第一次买房,primary home,conventional loan,downpay 20%,如果两个银行都能贷
下来的话,是不是应该选择1呢? |

Make Sure $(699)是Credit不是Point,如果是Point的话Total就是:
$825+$699+$11+$450+$75=$2,060
第二个要看的是:

Credit Report: $50.00

$395+$450+$11.95+$400+$50+$95+$10 = $1,411.95
利率第一个比第二个低, 如果第一个的$699是Credit的话, 那肯定选第一个。如果第
一个$699是Point/Fee的话, 可以让他报和第二个相同利率情况下的费用再比较一下,
也可以让第二个报和第一个利率相同的情况下的费用进行比较。 原则就是如果不能判
断的时候, 就在相同Program, 相同利率的情况下比较费用。希望对您有帮助。 |
