具体每条不用管了。
不过记得很多third party charge会变的，有的差的lender
可能写一个低的回头给你弄高的，所以主要看lender charge
(origination, application, underwriting fees).
我前一阵问的这三条都在1000上下。低的才700. |

很多lender origination fee跟point一样，可以多交降rate。
