这个origination charge，title insurance, hazard insurance是不是太高了啊？本
来是说no point的啊。还有难道不是自己买hazard insurance吗？如果lender收了这个
费用，我自己还需要买homeowner insurance吗？还有他们charge了我lender's title
insurance，自己还需要买owner's title insurance吗？
另外closing cost estimate也看起来不大对：
