认真看了一下今年prematch的名单以及目前正在征集的IV list，感觉拿到prematch的
人大多数都是IM的（病理除外），好像没什么人申请FM (不过所收集到的数据不全，说
错了请拍砖），prematch里边好像压根没有看到FM的啊。是大家都不喜欢FM么？因为我
同时在跟FM和IM医生做OB，我觉得IM这个医生基本没有什么自己的生活，同时做病房，
门诊，急诊。。。一天只吃一顿饭的说，而FM的这个医生生活特滋润，还管着我们这里
最大的一个church，而且如果想做primary patient care的感觉还是FM好，IM有自己的
局限。当然IM能做专科，发展比较好，钱也比较多的说。不过我比较喜欢FM，今年看到
拿FM人特少，是FM难起来了吗？还是大家都不喜欢呢？

发帖数: 1334 | 5 That's true. I just came back from a small town FM rotation. The doctors
there do selected procedures. Tough cases are referred to big hospitals.
Seems the doctors enjoy what they do, a lot of varieties and not boring.
