发帖数: 54 | 5 我觉得申请住院医很像 "The Bachelor". 有小组约会, 一对一约会, 二对一约会 （不
同形式的面试）. 表现好的可以提前拿到玫瑰，确保不会在这一轮被淘汰 （prematch）.
其他人都要参加最后的 Rose Ceremony, 公布谁能留下，谁被淘汰了. | e*****a

some opinions. But as Dok suggested you have to decide what are the most important factors for you:
- your career plan: academic vs private practice
- fellowship placement
- attending-driven vs fellow-driven
- location
- program reputation
- co-workers
- patient population
- teaching and research
- call schedule
- general impression during interview

However, these are most fit to AMGs, for CMGs, most can not do as AMGs do or
think, as CMGs have some obvious inferior weakness in competeing w/ other
English-speaking FMGsm, no mention AMGs. so stretegy or judgements should be
kind of different and be more realistic.......
in my opinion, unless some CMG cow-boy/girls, some of your listed can be
ignored at all for most CMGs, or at least not important to be creterior for ranking pgs.
