problem multiple times. It can host two metal hinges into the both side
pockets for extra support. Unfortunately, those stainless steel hinges are
rusted by my sweaty leg and long gone, I could not show a picture.
I have seen too many stories of people eventually give up on running because
of knee problem, including George W. Bush. Hope something like this could

when i had runner's knee earlier this year, i got a cheap knee brace from
CVS (w/o hinge support). i rarely wore it during my runs, rather i put it on
when i wasn't running. it seemed to help walking downstairs.
congrats again on your BQ, it's particularly hard to achieve that with a
knee problem.

我有个脚踝的类似的，也是很硬，根本不能穿着运动，就是不运动的时候可以戴上。
因为麻烦，也不经常戴。
我看到有人有白色的，看起来很软的护膝，好像运动时候可以一直戴着。可是在
CITY SPORTS里没看到有卖的。

发帖数: 4651 | 4 this is the one i bought earlier this year, it's white and soft. i went with
size L because i don't like any blood flow constrain and only used it for
walking. if i'd run with it, i'd probably choose size M. if there is no
walgreens near you, you can always order it by phone/online.

发帖数: 516 | 5 I wear it just during training runs when I feel some pain or discomfort on
the knee, and when I think I could get discomfort without it. For extended
pain, I used them for a few weeks. Other times, I might put them on second
half of the long run. It slows me down about 15-20 seconds per mile wearing
it.
