这个利率如何-- 昨天的报价，在加州。
New purchase, SFR, 80% LTV, $640K mortage
Qutation #1: 4.875% 30Yr Fix for $640K mortgage
No point. With regular closing fee ~ comparable to others.

Quotation #2: 5.000% 30yr fix for $640K mortgage,
No point either. with similar closing fee,
Lender credit= $6400 (1% of loan).
Which one to pick?

How come other place offer 5.125% --> provided by MITBBS brokers? Maybe my builder trying to attract me after I threat to quit the purchase,LOL.
是不是要再向 builder 砍砍价，2周后就要close乐。 | r******d

However, Option #2 Lender Credit $6400 is the money Bank will pay to
me, can be used to pay for closing cost.

which is impossible in my opinion.
