The Org flattening discussions have started in C+E. There will only be leads
and ICs. No M1/M2s. Test and dev Leads will be made into ICs. Some of the
DevManagers and test managers as well will be ICs. There will be no test
teams. Devs will own automation testing as well.

What was the last time that most dev/test managers look at a code review?
How is it possible to make them ICs?

发帖数: 2175 | 7 GM这样的很rare, 看在哪个部门了。但不少DM本身仍然是技术大牛。当然也有一些仅仅是
people manager. 但这样的DM一般不是critical 或举足轻重的DM.
信不信由你，我知道有DM的还特别想做回IC的呢
