据我个人理解,complex 和combo还是不同的。拿clean, jerk, overhead squat和sots
press来说吧,把每个动作做5个repeat,再接着做5个repeat下一个动作,是complex。
而combo是把4个动作连成一个。Complex 每个动作还都是重复的,还可以利用惯性,呼
吸也是有韵律的,它的基础和crossfit,p90x等一样,都是HIIT。Combo 是连续做不同
discipline的动作,每个动作都需要不同的肌群参与,需要身体全方位的素质来完成。
