请教:workout后极少感到肌肉酸痛
我一般一次器械锻炼1小时,过程很辛苦,但一般锻炼完后肌肉酸痛几乎立刻消失。
一共只有两次例外,锻炼完后肌肉酸痛了一天,但精神非常放松愉悦。
至今也找不到原因,
(1)请问大家有什么经验窍门吗?我非常希望肌肉酸痛以及伴随的精神放松。
(2)如果咨询专家,应该找哪个领域的?

1. DOMS is not a must for muscle growth. Train hard is, which means a. timed
session, ex. < 1 hour b. short rest period, 45 - 75 secs c. progressive
loading, increase weight each time when capable
2. Find a qualified PT in any decent gym
