星期1举了今年的第一次, 感觉就是不一样。 人马上就精神起来。 昨天痛了一整天。

today read Muscle and Fitness magzine, it recommends bodyweight exercises,
it's basically a gym with you all the time.
**BP is the easiest to replace with push up, for instance push up with your
feet against wall. also you can adjust the difficulty by placing your hand closer to your waist line.
**Squat, may try one leg version, it asks too much hip mobility and flex,
or put your LD on your shoulders.

lifting.
I get DOMS anyway even if I workout every day. You can do bodyweight every
day and I bet you'd still be sore when you try to lift your 1RM. :)
