现在让我们把时间从唐代拉到上世纪20年代，把地点从长安换成上海，人物由白居易变
成蒋彝，这一小节要告诉你一个被忽略已久的基本道理：生命之源是水而不是碳酸饮料。
碳酸饮料发起于美国，最著名的就是世界第一大可乐：可口可乐。可口可乐的发明者
John Pemberton首先是个追随者，他受到当时在欧洲颇为流行的一种加入可卡因的红酒
的影响，制造出了以自己名字命名的一种叫做“Pemberton's French Wine Coca”的类
似饮料，其销售相当的成功。可惜一年后的1886年，可口可乐现在的总部所在地佐治亚
州的亚特兰大市开始禁酒令。为了适应这一变化，Pemberton 改变了配方，开发出了可
口可乐，并于但年的5月8号这个好日子开始在亚特兰大全面上市。Pemberton采取了和
现在中国保健品企业一样的做法，他宣称可口可乐可以治疗 |

consumption of diet soda caused the weight gain. The ADA has yet to issue an
updated policy concerning diet soda. |

You are really the insider. I really think you brought science into this
board. I am surprised by the answer you gave about the soup. This business
needs science.
If I my memory is ok, I remember Folwer also mentioned that the high obesity
risk due to the diet soda might because 胖人 tends to switch from classic
coke to diet coke, that will make the number high.
I have to be honest with you, 明人不说暗华。When I wrote this session I did
try to attack the coke, so I did not mention all her points

平时尽量不喝coke，实在想喝就喝regular的
也就多200卡的热量，少吃点就好了 |
