昨天晚上，我的loan agent给了一个quote, 南加，30年fixed, 非jumbo, 4.875%， no
points, but with some fees...
lender underwriter $790 - $1000
processing fee $550 (would be credit back later)
document fee $150
Appraisal fee $450
So, total fees around $2000.
以前看大家好像都是no points, no fee的loan, 我的这些收费合理吗？有哪些项，或
者还是全部都可以和broker商量免掉啊@ @ 谢谢啦～希望今天可以搞定^ ^ |
