shoulder check之类的基本问题，也上来说说我的感受。
本人摸车比较早，到现在也10年多了，感谢当初的启蒙师傅，一个30年+老司机的教导
。不敢说自己开的有多好，但是加州1号山路还是可以做到60+，而且车里人不晕。这么
多年来，所有人坐我的车，都可以放心睡觉。200+的road trip经常有。雪地经验比较
少。本版高手多，希望这个帖子起到抛砖引玉的作用。
先说说车吧。
这次的车还是我的14 gmc acaida v6 3.6. 一路上没有意外，表现也相对平庸，没有什
么大意外大惊喜，就是挺皮实的一车。
好的方面，就是稳，山区的风对车完全没有影响。车燥很低，这个不错。再就是，车漂
亮。。。
不好的方面，就是70-90这段的加速不够给力，引擎吼吼响，速度上不去，所以要是
medium or large suv，还是得v8. 这次大部分interstate是单车道，有一次超车
played chicken,挺刺激的。不知道啥叫play chicken的，自己去查。

现在看看lien的律师要proof几件事情 （重要性排序）
1。gang会伤害老婆和2岁的小孩（只要proof其中一个就可以）。所以那个hero的证词
非常重要，还有ny街头的其他人，只要biker有拖拉老婆的动作，lien这个case就一定
会赢
2。这些人不光碰瓷这么简单：这个就需要调以前biker的录像，当然以前的录像没有小
孩和妇女也不说明问题，那个现场的白色minivan就很重要了
华人倒是可以给那个ny街头体内声而出的hero来个fund，这种勇气让人钦佩，周围有老
中的话，我敢说确实没有华人敢站出来，出来了估计也不会public disclose自己 |

own risk. Once it is done, it is too late to argue who is right or wrong.
For drivers who are speeding, and passing other cars illegally, they deserve
to pay penalty for it. Nobody is innocent here, the difference is, the
biker paid his life for his selfish and stupidity. The driver may get away

of bikers use the road. Cars are supposed to share the road with bikers. I

would not argue with a big truck who has the road right.

driver has a duty NOT to use cell phone while driving. Further a driver has
a duty to keep the vehicle under control without hitting pedestrians or
bikers who are on the road-side. She breached both duties and her
negligence directly caused the physical harm to the biker in this incident.
It is better for her to settle the case before reaching the trial to save
money since she will lose for sure. |

not at this point. Since you've stopped your car, and you may not have
turned on the emergency light, he surely can pass your car (as you said
before that car and bike share the same lane), because no one would expect
the door on your car would suddenly open.

我买车那天就报了名，还好在几个月后，摊上了一个好天气。头一晚又喝酒，晚归，缺
觉，赖床。挣扎着去起点处签到，看着厚厚的一沓名单，惺忪的问志愿者mm有多少人参
加。答曰：一万七。小惊了一下，略醒。
Buddy找到我，据说又是脸色惨白的模样。揉揉眼睛，对着起点拍照的帅哥，连一个笑
容都艰难，跟着泱泱众人浩浩荡荡的出发了。
人多势众，横扫一切交通。简而言之，是攒齐一拨人，就横穿马路。
NYC biker的素质十分令人堪忧。十字路口基本不看灯，丁字路口完全不看灯，还会有
人随手扔包装纸和香蕉皮！只要没车就乌央乌央的压过去。有那么几回，让过往的司机
十分奔溃。有那么几回，也让我非常无措。抬头看看红亮的灯，转脸看看离弦的车，不
知是该走还是该停。
路口没有车的时候，会有人喊"clear!" 然后一众人等像飞虫一样乌央乌央的压过去。
看到有车辆approach，会有人喊"car!" supposedly听到有人这么喊应该停下来。后来
发现这话完全是对着机动车喊的啊有木有。有人大喊"car!" car就停了下来，然后众人
又乌央乌央压过了马路。

周五背告知猫他爹和他大学上铺的兄弟去纽约参加校友聚会，据说规模很大，我说我不
去。自己有一整天在家撒花儿，shuoshuo和前后左右护法去philly骑车了，我也想去，
可是Amtrak不让翠花上车，咋办捏？自己骑吧，上周末骑了个100km，赶脚还可以，那
去哪里呢？看看去西点军校有多远？上google一找正好单程50mile！在规划规划路线，
112mile，有点撑的慌。心想唉就多那一点儿，凑合骑吧。计划完了，听shuoshuo说，
从熊山去西点的婆子有点大。。。有点打退堂鼓。。。为了一冬天长在大腿屁股上的肉
，我豁出去了！
开始了
我早上8点出门，带了两瓶水驾照钱和信用卡，带了个充电棒，驾着翠花出发了。临走
来喵娃纸，跟麻麻合影一个吧，矮油那个挤眉弄眼儿不愿意，我心说你现在不愿意姐回

论。比如为什么视频开头，飞车党一上来就来brake check, 据说路虎cut biker在先
，这个目前有各种不同说法。还有划车胎是发生在brake-check还是碾人之后被第二次
拦截之时，目前也没有定论。总之从看视频，很难得出brake-check的时候，biker要对
他们有什么生命威胁的结论。
我只是说凡事要全面分析，不喜欢感情用事
