有时候我们会发现，即使自己去医院做了一项保险号称包括在内的检查，结果却还收到
价格不菲的账单。这里头原因众多。但很重要的一条是：保险公司在决定是否支付某项
检查费用时，并非根据检查本身，而是根据Diagnosis Code(DGN)来决定。那么同样的
检查，由于DGN的不同，也会导致coverage的不同。
DGN简单说就是医生给的诊断。比如一个女生去OB那做pap smear test。如果你是每年
的常规检查，那么这项就应该归在preventive care;但如果你是去看病，医生在office
visit的时候给你做了同样的检查，那么就要算在diagnostic care。而你的保险对这

code可以去autozone免费但是只知道个code基本没用。
我最近去goodyear查被收了99刀，之后告诉我这个部件坏了但只能去dealer那换他们换
不了，我觉得这种情况是不是应该退还我diagnosis fee? 我去别的地方包括dealer肯
定要再查一遍再被charge,既然没有能力修好，那就应该连检查费一并退还，不然钱也
太好赚了 |

正文有点长，但自认为写的还算有条理，希望大牛耐心看完，帮忙分析下，bow
荨麻疹两周了，今天深圳一位主任医生看到症状也确认是荨麻疹
症状很规律的和进食有关，一般都在饭后10分钟内出现症状，持续若干小时后消失
一般而言，晚餐后最严重，早上空腹时完全无症状。
奇妙在于，和食物品种似乎关系不大
香蕉、咖啡、冬枣、食堂炒菜盖浇饭、冻柠茶等等
我因而觉得似乎不是事物本身直接引起的，我的身体似乎不会奇特到突然（之前三十年
从未出现）对如此多的食物品种过敏
我感觉他们的共性是糖，而糖快速吸收后给了体内的各种微生物突然的高营养，它们兴
奋之后，代谢副产物（或生物体本身）造成的过敏。

我现在在读FNP，这个学期第一个学期实习， 现在在儿科， 看到好多病人都是cough,
fever, runny nose, irritability, wheezing,rash, abdominal pain. 我感觉什么都
有可能---bronchiolitis,bronchitis, flu, cold, sinusitis, pneumonia，
pertussis, croup. 虽然每个疾病我都学过， 可是真到临床， 脑子就全成浆糊了，
不知道怎么区分了。好多临床的病人都不会像书本上描述的那么经典的症状，昨天有个
病人发烧咳嗽三天， 活蹦乱跳的， 我一开始以为就是个感冒， 后来老师一听， 是肺炎
不知道大家有什么好的书适合FNP侧重各种常见病differential diagnosis？

章很麻烦，耽误了2个多月，材料才得以从学校寄出。个人觉得申请算是比较顺利。把
我当时准备的情况跟大家说一下也许对将要申请的人有一点帮助。
我个人从这里寄出去的材料包括：
1.国内护士执照的公正，在这里网上找的公证处，在纽约，叫最佳公正，电话
7183212810
2.指纹卡，就在我住的地方的警察局办的，free
3.handbook上的申请表，贴一张照片在右下角（handbook链接：http://www.rn.ca.gov/pdfs/applicants/exam-app.pdf）
这一页有一项是填社会安全号，我当时没有就空着的，没有关系。
4.两张支票，一张办指纹的($51)，一张申请的($75)
5.写了一封信，表示感谢，一张纸，很客气的几句话
从学校寄出的材料：
1.中英文成绩单（学校有，我来之前到学校教务处办好的）
2.学位证书和毕业证书中英文版（来之前自己办好到学校教务处办好的，盖好了章）
3.课程描述9门（内外妇儿、精神科护理、生理、解剖、免疫、微生物，好像是这些，
