efficacy 的。如果要先安全数据再批药，efficacy数据早有了，不存在这种需要先批
安全性，再看疗效的需要。
一般来说efficacy 才是容易证明的endpoint ， 要证明一个要有效是比证明一个药没
安全问题要容易很多。这种拍脑袋想出来的改革方法离大炼钢铁亩产万斤也不远了。

cent.
1.the efficacy of siRNA vary dramatically against the same target gene.
By far, there is NO clear rule of selection.
2.ALL software can achieve no more than 70% of accuracy of prediction,
no matter where you find it or whatever they claim themselves could
achieve.
3.There probably endless factors which could affect the efficacy of
siRNA. The real efficacy is combination of all, though some factors do
contribute more other |
