滑铁卢大桥1940年版就是个很普通的片子，在美国观众这里评价也一般，也就80年代被
起在大学被当作英语教学片，博得一部分中国人的不知所云的厚爱，还什么“《魂断蓝
桥》作为电影史上三大凄美不朽爱情影片之一”，笑死我了。
费雯丽的表演也一向很过度，只适合演欲望号街车里面的疯女人。
1940年版在中国人里面评价高，也算是历史遗留问题了，毕竟是不少人第一次接触的西
方爱情故事，哈哈。
不过确实是假惺惺的，而且是很滥的那种商业片，是“滥”，不是“烂”。
1940年版实际上翻拍了1931年Mae Clark主演的Waterloo Bridge,
1931年版本的才是真正的“魂断蓝桥”，
1940年版只不过是个儿童版或者删节修改版，艺术价值大大降低了。反正很多40 50年
代电影都是被审查制度害惨了。

054A 是中国海军严格意义上的第一型远洋型多用途导弹护卫舰。总体上054A是追求防
空、反潜、反舰三方面的平衡，以满足任务书上所规定的多用途护卫舰水平。而在事实
上已具备现役导弹驱逐舰的大部分性能。特别是其比较高的反潜性能，可迅速弥补海军
水面舰艇最为短缺的一个短板。
两艘054A并排停靠码头
上个世纪90年代，中国面对的保护海上生命线问题已变得刻不容缓。这一切都呼唤一支
强大的海军来加以遏止与保护。
但现实却是——当时的中国海军大部分中型以上的水面舰艇都是70年代至80年代建造（
整个 90年代国内船舶工业部门只生产出2艘052A导弹驱逐舰一艘 051B导弹驱逐舰4艘
053H2G与8艘053H3艘），大都显得老旧不堪，急需一大批新型舰艇来替换。面对窘迫形

”。
Freddie Mac，Fannie Mae这样的GSE虽然是政府设立的，但是它们早就脱离政府成为自
行经营的股份公司了。政府对他们的行为还有个屁的责任。要说有责任，怪政府太听信
共和党那套垃圾政策结果对它们太放任自流了，监管太不力，还能算正确。
还是在那里瞎说。基于最risky的sub-prime mortgage的那些债卷主要是私有投行在发

，bush的确推动了，但两院都是通过了动武决议，而且是绝对多数，基本上全体共和党
和60%的民主党支持，现在战争全算bush头上，不太公平

You had a republican president, that was not enough to take the blame; and
you had control of congress in both house and senate, that was still not
enough to take the blame. The minority democrats in the senate took the sole
blame.
You can go on to find more excuses to put democrats in blame, but not every

subprime是最近的事。我来讲讲这两房在次贷危机里的角色吧。对这里的不少人，这些
都不是新闻了。
1. 个人的放贷是怎么落到投资／投机者手里的：政府给两房的主要任务之一是收购房
贷。贷款银行给了张三贷款以后，并不一定保留这个贷款。可以转手卖给FNMA或FMCC。
这两家存在的主要目的，就是收购房贷。这样一来，发放房贷就成了没有风险，靠量赚
钱的玩意，房贷银行当然能贷就贷。两房促进拥房的功能就是这样达到的。但是两房也
不能无限买入。他们的模式就是把很多不同地区，不同银行，不同等级。。。的贷款捆
绑成Mortgage Backed Bond，再卖出来。结果就是FNMA和FMCC也成了中间商。买这些
Mortgage Backed Bond的有投行，对冲基金，共同基金等等五花八门，只要想得到的机
构投资者，都有。
两房这个把个人房贷转手到投资人手里的作用，对房贷市场至关重要。并没有什么问题
。两房一直对收购的房贷的信用质量有一定的要求。
