作地点调动的关系，想把房子快速出租出去，这时候才可能是带家具的。
另外，如果要买家具的话，我有两个建议：
（1）不要去宜家，因为性价比太低。就算去越南家具店，也比宜家强多了。
（2）刚来尽可能少买家具，把家具数目限定在最基本需要就可以了。因为事后你过了
一两年对湾区更熟以后，肯定会对当初买家具不满意。这时候留着觉得恶心自己，处理
掉却麻烦而且也舍不得。

在意识到location才是王道之后，我们重新制定了dream house的条件：
0。commute在15分钟之内
1。学区要好，小学，中学 > 900，高中 > 850
2。lot要6000+，前院小，后院大
3。房子面积 > 1300，1950年院蟮姆孔樱欣┙ㄇ绷?lt;/p>
4。后院朝东，或者朝南，没有泳池
5。主卧不临街，不是平顶房，大门开向正面不是侧面
6。没有路冲，高压线，附近不靠学校，商业区，和大路
7。neighborhood比较整齐，不要靠近劳模区
这也是我在之前一个帖子里list的几个条件。除了location，那个时候我们已经了解了
学区并不仅仅是解决小孩上学用的，对于房子保值，社区环境，邻居素质，甚至治安卫
生的重要性更大，所以我们把学区放在了仅次于location的第2位。

For people with plenty of dough, Weston and Wellesley for sure.
My impression of Wellesley:
1.5M + neighborhood -> beautiful
900K - 1.5 M neighborhood -> o.k.
below 900K neighborhood -> It's hard to tell it apart from an average
neighborhood in an average town. For the same amount of money, you can live
in a much nicer neighborhood in another good town. |

I am originally from Los Angeles. I have lived in many places, including the
Midwest and the Mid-Atlantic, as well as in Europe. I have to say that I
consider Boston one of the TOP places to live, especially if you are looking
for a walkable, manageable city, culture and arts events, and the ability
to live car-free. I certainly could never have lived that way in Los Angeles

Evergreen位于南湾的北面，主要交通道路是101。95148根据小学，主要分为2块，以
quimby rd作为分界，一块是Norwood小学（871），还有一块是Clark 小学（937），中
学和高中是一样的，都有800多分，是很不错学区。Norwood小学区以65-75万的70年左
右的房子为主，lot 很大，通常有7000-10000sqft，房子也不小1700-2000+的都很常见
。Clark小学区全是00年左右抽┞蚍渴苯ǖ男路浚?0-80万之间为主，面积1700-
2300sqft，都是2层的，lot比较小，3000-4000多sqft，这个区的越南人和中国人很多
