We have one bedroom in a single family house in a quiet and nice
neighborhood available to rent from the end of Jan, 2013.
The house is located in Iselin, NJ and close to major highways: 5 mins drive
to Rt.1, 3 mins drive to Rt.27. Also it is 1 and ½ miles from Metro
Park train station, which allows you access to NJ Transit, Amtrak and etc.
The neighborhood is very safe and the house is within 1 min walking distance

shopping malls, resturants and movie theatres nearby. Very safe neighborhood.
Forest park is 5 mins driving and Flushing is 10 mins driving away but they
are not very convenient to get to by subway. I think the neighborhood you want
should also depend on which subway train you need to take to get to work.
Forest Hills has E,F,G,R,V. Astoria has N,W. Sunnyside has 7. But sunnyside is
pretty close to Manhattan (15 mins) while |

素，犯罪率，交通，公共设施，还是其它？有的小区看上去不错，但这个指数却挺低（
相对于别的貌似差不多的小区）。

county，不同城市或ZIP CODE)。不知道这是什么原因。难道在打分计算时没有一个严
格的程序从而这种指数没有太多参考价值？或者这个Neighborhood Factor还包含其它

Vinings比Smyrna好,Vinings很安全,是白领喜欢的neighborhood.Smyrna算是这波房价
上涨中没有太涨到的地方,可见没有那么好，上面也说过了。而且注意Braves要在75/
285口那里盖球场了，估计以后会很堵。 |
