BMW/MB的后驱车前轮一般喜欢做在前挡风玻璃之前，跟DFBB，特别是雅阁，有很大的差
别。奥迪的车则在两者中间。这就是为什么,MB BMW 高端车虽然轴距很长，但内部空间
却不如家美丽等前驱日车。这个328也不例外。
但熟悉E9X系列的会发现，F30平台的前轮前端OVERHANG变长了，特别是中间有点突出来。
同时前轮后端和挡风玻璃下沿的距离更近了。我曾多次比较过F30 和 E90 ，可以确认
这一点。
不知这是否是因为发动机变轻了，不需要再把前轮使劲往前挪。
但我个人还是喜欢Z4那种前轮布局。 |

宽一个厘米，差的比较大的是WHEELBASE， XC90比PILOT长6.5英寸， 算下来XC90
OVERHANG的部分比PILOT少6.5英寸, 安全性应该有显著差别， 即便这个差别在碰撞考
试中显示不出来。 GROUND CLEARANCE XC90比PILOT高2.5英寸，加上比较长的
WHEELBASE， 进出角要大不少， OFFROAD能力要强一些，当然这也说明PILOT内部空间
比XC90高2.5英寸， 应该有比较好的HEAD ROOM。 |

量就随着进来了。你可以说你的材料比冰箱好，但实际用起来肯定不如冰箱绝热。
我前面举过冰箱的例子，就是这种良好insulate的东西，人也不会白开那364天。
还有，100%的新房子用了好材料，新房子占房子总保有量多少？而且并不是各地区的情
况都跟你那一样，至少我买房时看的新房子是没有任何这方面的设计的。大家都知道太
阳能板能节能，但我们这没有一家装这个,费用是一大主要原因.宣传说15年能收回投资
，可是谁能保证自己在这住15年？builder就更别说了，连appliance和装修材料都用普
通的，会主动给你用好insulation材料么。其实builder比买家聪明多了，甭管买家自
认为多聪明

才发现厨房granite top角落有一点broken,现在builder修补了一下；另外bathroom
countertop装的有问题，countertop overhang 几乎没有。这两个问题builder明显不
愿意在改
了。别的没有structure的缺陷。这样的话，还可以在closing的时候要求refund或者再

需不需要gutter，得看你的屋檐有多长。我的没有gutter，但屋檐有1米长。
当初inspector写的report中有建议今后加上gutter，但前房主在交接的时候给我们留
了个note，说他们不赞同inspector的看法。他们说房子overhanging比较长，下面都是
一圈flower bed，直接落水不会对墙壁有影响，省了很多安装维护gutter的麻烦。房子
是他们custom build的，三十多年都没有任何问题。我现在也认为这是一个很好的设计。
如果屋檐短，雨水会潲到墙壁上，容易受潮长霉，这种情况下就最好安装gutter |

size放整块4'x8'也可以.
桌子很简单的，桌面是3/4 MDF screwed to 3/4 Plywood，这个可以经常换;and
plywood screwed to a box frame with 2x6 for perimeter member and 2x4 for
cross member; 2x4 legs are bolted to 2x6 using 3/8" bolts with washers. One
cross member at the bottom
那些tracks 是后装的。 留的overhang 正好装Kreg clamp tracks, Festool side

加不了island.
一边厨柜 2' + 至少3'走道 + 至少2'island + 至少3'走道 = 10' 非常挤。因为厨柜
有counter top的overhang，都是比2'还要多2", 走道一边如果有洗碗机什么的还要再
多留。 2'island也是很窄的， 放不了椅子，只有柜子。 |

efficiency I would recommend replacement rather than repair.
