上次在那first lead， lead了一个5.5 一个5.6的，觉得很难，当时觉得是不是因为自己
第一次lead的原因，结果那有个老头不停地freesolo地说，这个石头是非常slippery
他有朋友能5.10 free solo的来拜访他去那玩，free solo了一半，赶紧下来了，
说要belay，脚下滑，害怕，呵呵
我第一次去那的时候在唯一一个能他设top rope的地方tr了一个5.10A的路线，简直痛
苦死了
就是没手点没脚点。纯粹是peer pressure 被逼上去了否则晚上睡不着觉
我觉得那个地方挺适合练习friction climb的
你们那次本来说要带我去的malibu creek后来改成point dume，那个地方是完全另一种
石头
特别奇怪，长得很难看，全部overhang,非常大的pocket，对于练习overhang也不错
stoney point又都是vertical sandstone，又是另一种感觉，四处爬爬体验不同的石头
挺好 |

哪位在国内爬得多的来证实或者证伪一下。
我最怕overhang的了，最喜欢dihedral的。可能是我平衡较差，而dihedral

overhang简单点的路线，其实还是balance为主，再高难的，估计就哪的力量都重要了
指力为主，指力＝小臂
你要是刚开始爬，就强调指力，误区啊，呵呵，balance比空连力量重要多了
多爬慢慢力量自然上来了
真需要连指力否则上不去的据说要5.11以上的了
之前的都能用技巧克服的 |

跟motif说，他们肌肉男女都上不去，我们技术型的就行
当然某女先上的，很轻松，gym里其他人看着都在感叹
she makes it look so easy
然后我也很得意得上，这个在我受伤以前就是热身的路线
结果连上三次没上去，郁闷得晚上睡不着觉，这也忒退步了
今天终于感觉又恢复了，继续轻松上那个路线，并其他的5.10A/B overhang
路线较轻松搞定，感觉基本回到伤前水平了，终于可以睡个安稳觉了，呵呵 |

limestone caves that are dotted with 5.13s and 5.14s.
RRG is famous for overhang routes. You can climb a 5.9 big roof and get
really scared on routes such as "creature feature". Only one 5.9 move on the
entire roof but you're under a big roof and completely cannot see anything
above you |

用力，没有过去。后来爬了好几条垂直的路线，基本上能做到胳膊不用力，快走的时候
以为胳膊已经恢复过来了，再去试刚开始那个路线，结果爬了不到五米就怕不动了。
我的问题是，在轻度overhang的路线上有没有办法胳膊不用力只靠腿和脚？ |

但互相不影响的的两件事。
手伸直，身体也可以贴上去啊，肩部稍微lay back一点而已。
把你想象的那个弓形反过来，肚皮贴上岩壁去就对了。
弯着胳膊耗的是肌肉力量，很容易累，
拉直了靠bone structure来hold体重就省劲多了，
你下次去gym可以找个overhang的boudering area试一试。

laps on the crack without resting (it was a slightly overhang crack), and
only stopped because I didn't tape my hands and I don't want to fall. I
secretly thinking that a really old and good climber in my gym finally
decided to take me out and teach me crack climbing after watching me racing
up the crack. He told me that he's impressed :)

) might cancel out. i'm short, i feel reachy is a problem mostly in
bouldering when i have to dyno in overhanging walls
i have a climbing friend 25cm taller than me. i climbed at least 1 number
harder than him (onsight/redpoint, slab/overhang, gym/outdoor, whatever),
but there are some reachy v2s he did that i could never make to the top |

前天gym刚更新了一面墙，是我最喜欢的那种，overhang，而且有些类似highball.然后
花了一晚上clean了所有V5以下的problem。昨天晚上又去了，但是没打算seriously
climbing,就是准备活动活动，跟别人聊聊，因为想休息一下手腕。但是临走的时候又
有些手痒，于是就试了一下这个V7。头一次感觉没戏，但是又琢磨了一下，觉得不是不
可能。
这个V7是overhang,前5个move是crimp,非常technical,需要手指和core，然后是个
right hand pinch,再之后是pinch on sloper.但是这个sloper hold非常远，我个子小
，得做类似dyno才能够到，这样我就得两脚悬空，两手pinch hard。我前两次都有些犹
豫，因为这个位置离地面已经很高了，虽然下面的垫子很厚，但是从那里掉下来还是不
爽，所以我没有尽力。第三次我try to commit to the move，居然没掉下来！再之后
找到一个foot chip踩上去,斜掉一部分手上的承重，然后再commit to another move |

今天的目标是参加Mica Guide的Matanuska Glacier攀冰
换上装备行走在冰川瓦砾上，其实沙土下面就是冰川，你不攀冰的话也可以参加HIKING的游程
这里有一处有趣的果冻布丁，不过如果没有向导不要离开TRAIL乱走，这里也有陷人的泥沼
在美丽的冰川湖前，我们开始设置攀冰线路，那些黑色纵横交错的纹路是冰缝开合有灰沙进入造成的。
转战另一个冰缝，天开始时不时的下起雨来。
最后我们迎来了上当的最后一条线路，冰河

定级系统是个比较系统，没有比较就没有定级。 所以出发点是非常主观的。我爬了一

overhang,爬到13了，你给我一个slab 10a我也上不去啊。 然后我就说这是14的线。

没有大肌肉群的女生，爬11d的slab， 拿到一个gunks的10屋檐也上不去，就是拉不了
引体，就是
挂不了脚，然后说是12的线？
我个人不认为有什么样的fitness limit。 有两个很好的例子，Rumney waimea的big
kahuna, 5.12d/5.13a，这是对爆发力要求很高的一条线，一个只能爬5.12的女生，基
本不可能
完成这条线，就一个难点v6/v7的动作。 Joshua tree的battle of bulge, 5.11d，我
也相信一个爬limestone 5.13的人，不花1个月时间，也基本不可能完成这条线，全程
难点，最难
的overhang slab，踩blot去吧。
跑题了，和受伤无关。 我觉得有伤最好问医生。网上问的偏方不能全信，别人的经验

人爬的，Mike和Cory都是很有经验的Aid and Big Wall climber，俺是第一次在真正的
石头上aid，Mike的儿子Alex穿了一件攀岩比赛的衣服，爬得不错，一路都是他lead。
星期五晚上开车到营地都11点半了，摸黑搭好帐篷，星期六上午迷迷糊糊的爬起来，收
拾东西，6点40左右从停车场出发的时候，停车场里还只有我们两辆车。从Misery
Ridge那条路走的，爬的累死了，呼呼。从猴子嘴巴到Misery Ridge上架了一条runner
，据说昨天有人不带保护的在上面走来走去，还做了单腿跪下等高难动作。Alex给我看
了那个家伙昨天的录像，crazy…
到了猴子脚下，把东西重新归整好，大概8点开始爬的。我们一共带了3根绳子，两根70

有人用restriction sites的overhang pcr然后切vector, 再后来有人连vector都批（
一共４个ｐｃｒ）。。。请问你用的是什么ｐｒｏｔｏｃｏｌ啊 可否借鉴？还有效率

能做的就是用KOD plus之类的高保真PCR酶或者klenow把overhang切掉，然后直接连接
或者用普通PCR酶加A以后做TAclone
一般按照PCR体系不加primer， 95度hotstart5min， 然后分别68/72度保温10min就可以
我是懒得用klenow的。。 |

说说昨天的流程：
早上，去planet of the apes wall
背着绳子去的，结果地方被占，假装观看，绳子主发现口水状
说
you are free to jump on
就等这句呢，然后假装道谢一番，就去爬了。
这次，最左边那个overhang 5.9，start也没作弊，用了较难的
overhang办法start没有作弊绕路。（其实肌肉fresh的时候不难）
然后最后那个crux也终于攻破。但还是hang了很久。
（某人依旧第一次实验就稍微hang了一下就上去了，很牛）
就一个route下来胳膊就酸得不行了。然后又用右边一个人的
绳子又爬了一个路线，开始以为是这个路线右边相邻的那个10A
的，后来才发现那个路线没绳子，这个是更右边一个10B的路线。
当然胳膊没劲，尝试多次，失败(这种路线非常需要肌肉耐力）
然后，基本上，大老远跑过去，也几乎就这么着了。
上次去其实耗费几乎一天，也就是爬了两三下。于是决定回家路上
接着去point dume
然后在那lead。 point dume的路线，lead起来还是非常有趣的，
我有过那次fall的心理阴影，上得是胆战心惊 |

和audi的前轮会发现audi的overhang几乎和家美丽，阿靠的这种买菜车一样长，双b则
紧贴车头。话说a4 b8已经改进了，不过想从根本上克服还是困难 |

发帖数: 3419 | 48 E46的bonnet太短了，显得过于平庸，像捷达，应该再张扬一些。而且我不喜欢E46过短
的front overhang。车身侧面的线条也太直了。F30明显拉长了bonnet，略微向上隆起
，有点儿像mustang的感觉，但又不像mustang一样毫无保留地肌肉外露，在这一点上比
E46好太多了，可惜那条横线我真的需要时间适应。 |

发帖数: 3419 | 49 预算10万一分不能多的话我还是选911 Carrera S (991)。外形比997好：wheelbase加
长4寸，overhang更短，front track加宽2寸，屁股不像997那么尖（不过还是像龟，有
人说像鸭屁股）。估计Porsche也感觉到了这么多年自己长得其实不怎么好看。全新底
盘，又从高端turbo，GT3借鉴了些技术，基本是舒适和运动的最佳平衡了。争议最大的
是用了electromechanical power steering。4S (991)也会很好。
10万往下GT-R，10万往上R8。其他没了。 |

后驱车的前悬挂都比较短。不过也有脑残的设计，而且还颇为流行了一段时间。就是早
期的 Muscle car。这些早期的Muscle car前悬剧长，无论是发动机位置，还是前后重
量分布，几乎都是按前驱车来设计的。比如早期的 Chevy Camaro, Pontiac Firebird
，Ford Mustang等。这个设计居然从60年代一直用到本世纪初。当然，这些车的最新款
已经改过来了。
这也说明当年的美国车就是一个字：糙。不光质量糙，而且设计都糙。难怪80年代以后
被日车打得落花流水。。。 |
