一家中国纺织品制造商将控股日本最知名的服装生产商之一 Renown。这将是中国投资
者对一家日本上市公司最大手笔的投资。
山东如意集团(Shandong Ruyi)的这笔投资突显出，中国制造商正通过收购知名品牌来
向价值链上游攀升。如意集团是中国领先的高品质棉纺和毛纺生产商之一。
如意集团将出资约40亿日元（合4400万美元），收购Renown 41%的股份，但该交易仍有
待Renown股东的批准。Renown运营着“D'Urban”和“安雅•希德玛芝”(Anya
Hindmarch)等品牌。
中国对日本技术和品牌的投资不多，但数量正在增长，上述这笔投资正是其中之一。去
年，苏宁电器(Suning Appliances)出资约8亿日元收购了Laox 27%的股份。Laox是日本
一家知名的家电零售商。

，petition letter完全照版上的一个大牛抄的，就是连续发了好多个图片文件的那个
，不记得id了，反正非常感谢！所以请不要找我要petition letter了，自己考古吧。
版上很少有人claim 媒体报道，我claim了，也通过了。其实真正的报道没几个，
转来转去就显得多了，而且标题不一样看起来像很多。主要就是列表，媒体的名字，介
绍（多少万读者），国家什么的，这样看起来就很打眼。有几个采访邀请的email，也
做了张表格，这样显得明确，别人是对你感兴趣。有两个视频的采访，其实是很小的拿
不出手的，但把截屏的大头放上，图说叫“关于我的某某采访”，到底是哪采访的没好
意思提。
感谢的话就不多说了，一穷二懒就不发包子了，整点实际的，发一下我的

继christmas在ER待了一天之后，娃又住了三天院，吊水的过程惨不忍睹。
换了两茬人，千辛万苦在ER埋好了iv，当时我就觉得埋得太浅，但是那护士说没关系的
。果然，前天晚上准备再上抗生素的时候，发现iv掉出来了，肿了好大一个包，不知道
什么时候掉出来的，外面纱布包得很牢。
然后重新再上iv，住院部能上的护士全上了，最后连nicu的护士都叫来了，小手小脚所
有的血管都试了，插进去，在里面搅一阵，偶尔摸到血管，然后又滑掉了。就没一个成
功的。我实在忍不住，去跟医生说，能不能不吊了。
娃实在太太太可怜了，现在不光她有心理阴影，我也有了。

letter中，例如“have risen to the very top”、“the beneflciary has
sustained renown in his/her fleld”等等。移民官在审批一个case时，通常看得很快，他其实搜寻的，也是这几个关键词。
如果你担任editorial board member的这个期刊，是一个比较好的期刊，你就可以单独
提出来，说明你是个have risen to the very top而且has sustained renown的顶级科

不好意思，包子不多，就不发了。写心得吧，希望比包子对大家更有用。
从对如何申请绿卡一无所知，到昨天得到I-140批准的通知。历经近一年时间。而真正开始着手是从今年五月。其中在本版学了很多知识，没有用律师，（但学校的负责人给我们提供了修改REFERENCE LETTERS的意见，一共十信，每封都得到学校负责人认真的审核），我们再修改，再发给推荐人。我们准备材料，学校负
责人最后写的PL，我们按她的模式给了所有的亮点和总结。（材料我们自己整理好，学校FILE）。
个人感觉一些有用的经验，分享大家，回报本版。
准备中的一个原则：有理有据。
1：PL：（言简意赅，突出亮点，适合自己）
我参考了网上许多网友的PL例子，很有帮助，但是每个人情况不一样，所以一定要写一封最适合自己的PL。不一定要放许多图表在PL里，我一个朋友的PL才四页。大家可以把PL里的详细内容放到材料整理中的COVER LETTER（彩纸打印部分）中，以便IO看起来方便。

公司律师帮我claim了老三样，和很多人一样，承认review和authorship，但是Final
Merits Determination没过。这个Final Merits Determination就是指international
contribution 吗？
没有媒体报道，推荐信8封，一半工业界一半学术界，没有特别牛的。
应该可以提供成果应用的证据，这方面可以弥补引用低的不足吗？引用不足真是硬伤啊。

艺术专业的， 基本上没有可以量化的东西。 能量化的就这有这些了。
平均了一下，大都是在5％之内，可以吗？ 还有几个是州内的比赛，有一个是有年龄限
制的， 不知道算不算。
大家给看看能不能用这个证明top％
是不是只要提供比赛方或者是juror的推荐信就可以证明。
因为2010年开始每年都有比赛，是不是可以证明TOP%是sustained
具体的比赛如下：
1）2011， 26th XXX International Exhibition/Competition at XXX University
One of the three awardees selected from 600 submission all over the world.

候把移民类别之类的词都去掉了，最后两个申请用的一模一样的推荐信

发帖数: 94 | 49 前天考完audit，这已经是我第三次考了，第一次68，第二次73，其他三门早就pass了
，regulation还因为成绩过期重考了一次。这次audit要是再考不过的话，真的要一头
撞死了。Audit真是我的梦魇，我重来没做过audit work，上学的时候又不好好学，两
门和audit有关的课都是B-。这次本来是想八月初考，题都做完一遍了，结果高中的死
党来美国培训，又跟他到处玩了一遍，等重新开始看书已经8月中旬了，我是做税的，
最近又变得特别忙，只好走马观花的复习了一遍。
Multiple Choices感觉做得不错。第一个testlet感觉有点难，不确定的题目大概有7个
，可能做的不太好，第二个testlet变得很容易，前几个题目都是一句话那种，而且一
眼就能看出答案的，到后面才出现了几个稍微复杂点的题。第三个testlet又变难了，
前两个题目快把屏幕占满了，吓了我一跳，不过后面还是有一些很简单的题的，虽然难
度有所上升，但都是我比较熟悉的知识点，所以感觉做的还行。第二个和第三个testle
遇到的不确定的题加在一起不超过6个，我估计第一testlet错了大概8个左右，第二个
