一个daycare，老大上这个daycare的afterschool，老二上这个daycare的preschool。
今年因为整个城市重新划分校区，老大被分到新的学校，这是个全新的学校，而且还有
preschool。什么都是
新建的，而且这个城市有个特点，不允许你到别的地方上学，只能到你所住地方指定的
地方上学。幸运的是这个新建学校还相当不错。所以我就在今年4月份左右分别给两个
小不点报上了名到新的学校去，老二去这个学校的preschool，一个是这个新学校的
program比较不错，听说配备的老师相当好，而且也比较便宜，才705一个月，而且对于
我这样接送孩子也方便。我把孩子要转学的消息通知了孩子的老师还有daycare

本人背景，本科交换学生莱美6 month (J1), 回国1年以后==>A国==>B国==>Back to
USA again for graduate study. Now F1.
去年年底，申请了一个Advisory Opinion, 过了4个月，Advisory Opinion说我
subject to 2 years home residency program. 其实我还真比较倒霉，高中来美国的
交换学生跟我一起申请的Advsiory Opinion,他们就不subject to 2-years rule.还有
一个同学去了一个很差的学校，叫做Wayne State University (somewhere near
Detroit),他也不subject. 不过我的同学去Upenn和MIT的也都subject. 可能跟DS2019
上的Subject有关系,就是那个Program Number.

认购价格为45$/share。感觉还是有利可图的呀，

可以立马转手卖掉，套现走人吗？
我的计划是，Jan 12, 2011, 买入500股AIG，假定55/share. 应该保证拿到warrnt,
270share warrant 45$/share.
然后， 一个星期后卖掉AIG, 还是55/share, 假定股本身不赚钱。
再拿这个钱去买270 share的 warrant share 45$/share.，再在
55$/share卖掉。
这样，大概有2700$的进账。
这种做法有没有什么问题？ 会不会被套牢？

第一次不懂，办下签证也没有问，签证的Annotation里面是这样写的：

associate degree in Accounting fits your goal.
But if you want to be a CPA, you must have 4 to 5 years of undergraduate
education or a master degree in accounting (depends on your state
requirement) if i remember correctly. You can always start up with the Ass.
degree in community college then transfer the credits to the regular 4-years
univesity, so it can save you some money.
