我查了查，初步印象是，GFP荧光相对弱，不太适合用来观察deep tissue的tumor.但是
表达luciferase的tumor cell似乎不适合用来做flow cytometry,因为加底物luciferin
可能会破坏细胞。谁有经验么？

the intrinsic fluorescence (which is kind of green).
I won't use luciferase because it is hard to get the substrate to penetrate
the cell.

deep tissues, and Tdtomoto for flow cytometry.

买一个Tdtomato single labeled的cell line, 比double labeled 的便宜1000刀呢。

substrates
