两个loan都是countrywide.owned by Bank of America.approval letter只有一封。
account #也只有一个。
1.approved buyer and sales price are the same as in sales agreement
2.closing cost not to exceed xxx
maximum commission paid xxx
maximum allowed to the JR lien holder xxx
maximum allowed to HOA liens 0
maximum allowed for repair 0
maximum allowed for termite inspection/repairs 0
3. Net proceeds to xxx to be no less than xxx
