insurance的费用，我自己网上找了一下有专门的title insurance 公司，比如old
republic，那我的lender提供的insurance和我自己找的第三方的公司提供的insurance
是一样的吗？这种保险有没有什么保险额度，保险范围之说，谢谢！ |

Owner's - is optional. most people choose to buy it. If buy the two together
, you will get simutaneous rate which is lower. Many times, attorney sells
you premium owner title insurance without tell you (coz they make more money
out of it). So you can defer, the standard owner title insurance costs less
and, of coz, covers less.
If you are the first owner of the house, then maybe no need to spend the $
1000 or so.

So do as owner's. If someone put a $4000 lien on your house that needs you
to pay off, owner's insurance will kick in and help you on things like law
suit
But closing attorney already checked title history. People believes that the
chance for title insuarnce to kick in will be similiar as lightening strike
on house. That's why title insurance is one of the most profitable
insurances

sale的房子
上，连做了title search的律师也不知道，因为city公共数据库里房主名字拼错了，
不怕closing之前出问题，怕就怕买了房子后，前任房主的债主／孙子突然跳出了，声
称拥有这个房
子，所以买个安心吧 |

发帖数: 3217 | 18 今天打电话问了lender，告诉我说title insurance应该是找closing的律师帮忙办的，
我自己可以告诉律师要买哪个公司的如果有特别喜欢的。还被告知这个事情联系律师一
般是在确认了clsoing date以后，现在连closing的日期都没有定下来，联系律师太早
了。 |
