请问答复中说的“an adjustable rate loan”是不是就是ARM？除了利率不固定的风险

initial fixed period but there's various "cap" to give you some protection
in case rates spike. worst case would be 5% increase from your initial rate
. other than that, no diff

porfolio loan.

发帖数: 9308 | 5 conforming loan就是银行会卖给两房,所以利率低,风险小,Portfolio loan就是银行要
拿在自己手上,利率比较高.

Fannie Mae/Freddic Mac. So most likely that your loan principle will be with
this two government sponsored enterprise eventually.
Portfolio loan is most likely to be kept by lender/bank.
银行给的利率会在大部分情话下可能比较高。
