Does anyone know how detached single family condo works?
My agent told me that the owner does not own land and building, but have
exclusive usage of the area. It pays $45 per month for septic system.
My friend also has a detached single family condo. She pays $75 per month
for septic system. They do not own the land but they do own the building.
My question is: will this difference affect my resell value of the condo?

如果你的是特例，将来就不好卖，SEPTIC SYSTEM，这
不是什么好区啊，不要，没地没房的，没有OWNER的感觉，

The good thing about it is that you have the feeling of SFH. You have to
take care of everything, exteriors, lawns, snow, ... and the monthly fee is
affordable (only $45).
The bad side is that there are not much common area, each condo is close to
the other. But there is still a neighborhood, cul-de-sac.
Of course you get what you paid. It can not compete with those nice SFH
neighborhood. The neighbor could be Blue-collar workers. | s****a

否则将来很难卖的。
