我因为总是有宫缩,所以一般吃了就坐着或者躺着,不运动。早饭试了各种食物,发现
吃oatmeal,granola,flax seeds都会高于130,吃cherrio,cheese,鸡蛋都在100左右。
午饭和晚饭基本跟过去保持不变,就是把甜食,冰激凌,巧克力都戒了。然后在正餐之
间加了几次snack,比如说cheese,yogurt,nuts,soy milk,fruit之类的。
第一周的监控数据:
每天早上空腹最低62,最高87,平均78;
早饭后一小时最低90,最高133,平均121;
午饭后一小时最低80,最高113,平均97;
晚饭后一小时最低64,最高88,平均80。

requirements are:
Fasting : 60-90

Breakfast: 3 portions of carb, one ounce of meat or meat substitue (to
provide protein) so your blood sugar won't raise and drop too fast
Morning snack: 2 portions of carb, one ounce of meat or meat substitue
Lunch: 3 portions of carb, two ounce of meat or meat substitue
Afternoon snack: 2 to 3 portions of carb, one ounce of meat or meat
substitue
Dinner: 3 to 4 portions of carb, two or three ounce of meat or meat
substitue
Bedtime snack: 1 portion of carb, one ounce of meat or meat substitue
It also depends on your schdule, I have to have a bigger portion of
afternoon snack since I eat dinner pretty late. And my fasting number is not
very good so I have to have a small bedtime snack.
It will get harder to control when you get furthur in preganancy.
BTW, one portion of carb is 15 grams, and one ounce of meat is about 6 to 7
grams of protein.

较经饿。

一般都要看看你每餐摄人了多少carb.
