location: falmouth, MA
course: relatively flat in the first half and full of rolling hills in the second. Last two miles are flat.
Background:
1. Injury. I slightly pulled my left calf two weeks ago. After a few 2-3
mile slow runs, I decided to stop running this week with RICE. Riding a bike
for about 10 miles yesterday and today and feeling good now. Not 100% sure
fully recovered, but guess/hope it is close. Will check by a 5 mile easy run
this evening.
If there is no incident or unbearable injury, I will go all out.
2. Training. Follow AM 12 week plan and was doing well until Chicago
marathon.
3. Weather. Sunday, sunny, 39-54 F. Not sure about humidity and wind.
