F.S. 776 JUSTIFIABLE USE OF FORCE一章
及F.S. 775 (TITLE XLVI CRIMES的总章)的部分章节
进行了增删
法案基本上就是将use of deadly force和threatened use of deadly force
放在同一地位
包括可以使用的场合,以及事后的
immunity from criminal prosecution and civil action
均一视同仁
并取消了对符合F.S. 776描述的情况下用枪威胁对方的刑事处罚

Civil就是不算犯罪的ticket. 绝大部分traffic ticket属于这类。
Criminal就是属于犯罪的traffic ticket. 比如酒后驾车，和严重超速等等。严重超
速罪名都不叫speeding, 一般叫reckless driving. 在大部分州，车速超过90mph就很
有可能会收到reckless driving的criminal traffic ticket. 对这种criminal ticket
,如果你选择直接交钱认罚，恭喜你，你就有了犯罪记录了。 以后办签证／绿卡／入
籍申请表上都得填你有犯罪记录，都得到移民局去面试。
对这种criminal traffic ticket,一定不能简单地认为只是交通罚单，就直接交钱认罚
了。 一定要不认罪，找律师去打官司。

guns if they want to." is really getting stupid now. Do you know how to get
gun illegally in the U.S? Most of us do not. Criminals are not superhuman

回来查了一下，怎么有的网站说如果是非美国公民，拿PBJ对自己不利，会被遣返，真的
假的？

三年里再苦再难也只是和远在大洋彼岸的母亲讲讲自己的情况。当身为医生和教授的未
婚夫和他的情人们（其中包括四名护士白女）对我的家暴和伤害愈发严重， 不仅影响

It's funny. The media doesn't mention that Olango had a criminal history.
Doesn't mentioned that the U.S tried to deport him twice. Something to do
about drugs, weapons violations. His own country of Uganda refused to take
him back. But none of this is germane. What is germane is how many times the
officers have had complaints filled against them, how many times they drew
their weapons. All of this will come out about the officers but Olango's
criminal history won't.
