filter can be a dirty job. when you start loosen the drain plug and the oil
filter, dirty engine oil starts to drip into your arms.
just b/c you feel like doing the work yourself is 便宜又放心, doesn't mean
everyone else feels the same way.
i know some people always prefer to go to the dealership, b/c they don't
have the time to do it themselves. to me, that simply sounds absurd, you

rebate以后才$12, 100%是deal.
自己如果换油的话加上tire rotation, 肯定要把车架起来，架起来的话就需要买floor
jack, jack stands. 我去年换家里的honda civic, 已经做了好几次了，基本都是熟
练工了, 那车下面有个skid plate, tire rotation+changing oil&oil filter, 前后
用了2个多小时. 楼上说的rav4, 如果不做tire rotation, 确实可以趴下去，oil
filter&oil半个小时应该可以搞定，无非就是一个14mm? drain plug再加上一个filter
cap.
自己做，从长期来说肯定能省钱了，而且用的油，过滤器肯定比外面用的要好，做的也
会相对仔细，到最后加油的时候，一定会慢慢加，然后用dipstick check level. 外面

跑起来 很有力气 满心欢喜的开了几年。然后保修期快结束时候 问题开始出现。先是
后背箱 打不开，DEALER 检查后发现是 门的拉手 需要换，幸运的是刚好在保修期内，

在65,000 MILES 时候， CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON. DEALER 检查发现是ENGINE 问题，
手工清理ENGINE 850$
70,000 MILES 时候 告诉 车的前面 SUSPENSION 需要修理 但可以等几个月 417$
83,000 MILES VACUUM SEAL FAILED DRIPPED OIL KILLED WATER PUMP. 不得不叫拖车
把车拖到DEALER. 两天后告诉我需要 2850$ 修车。 基本是一半 的车值。
刚好我教课的LOCAL COLLEAGE 班上 有个学生就在那个DEALER 修车。 他告诉我

3.clean oven and stove $90
烤炉里面烤东西糊了一块,擦不掉,需要花90来清理吗
4.clean bathroom $200
他只有一张照片,洗澡间垃圾桶留了个圆印子在地板上,这样要花200?
这个租房公司名声很不好,网上有评论,扣很多房客的押金,我准备起诉他. 有没有经验
的,上面哪几条它是不合理的,我可以反驳? 有没有可能把那些评论打印给法官看,有没
有作用? |

洗２０分钟的澡，能渗一平方尺左右的一滩水，，每天如此，这个WATERHEATER是
WIRLPOOL的，半年前从LOWES 买的，也是他们装的。，说明书书说这种情况或者换个高
压的阀门，或者降低水温，我的水温没有设的太高，就是HOT一档，不理解这个阀门本
身不就是应该温度或者压力太高时自动调节的？还有其他什么办法吗？ |

三文鱼温度在grill440F，大概5分钟，双面烤成条纹，很不错，最后浇上sauce，多余
的汁流到的
drip tray 里
韭菜盒子，我大概用360F，6分钟，一次可以放4个
葱油饼一样可以做成黄橙橙的
有油味，但没油烟，不用担心煎焦了，油也用的少，用喷的应该更好
不过做pancake，煎饼果子，流质的东西可能需要底面是平的，我买的这个双面都是条
纹的 |

酸死个人。（平常都是喝深度烘焙的，加奶加糖）
检讨了下自己，觉得实在是工具太弱。煮咖啡机是walmart很便宜的auto drip型美式咖
啡机，磨豆的机器也是walmart里的打击式磨豆机。这种配置是不是再好的豆子也煮不出
味道来？
心存几点疑问，在此请教下版上各位：
1）就美式咖啡机而言，滴漏型和虹吸型的差别在哪？有必要换吗？
2）个人以为滴漏型咖啡机原理简单，对装置做工要求不高，就是将水蒸发侵入咖啡粉进
行固液萃取，所以高低端的咖啡机效果差异不大，不像意式咖啡机那样高低端差异明显
。这样的理解对吗？
3）滤纸质量对咖啡质量的影响比重大吗？
4）打击式磨豆机（其实就是个小型搅拌器）和研磨式魔豆机的差距大吗？ |

烤箱里150度烤了一天。拿出来的时候发现已经熟了。切了一块吃，我的娘亲啊！！怎
么能这么好吃！！！超级，无敌，juicy and tender，还香死人啊！！除了皮太硬咬不
动以及太咸以外简直就是perfect啊。五花肉的油都被烤得差不多了，dripping pan里
面N多油。
回想一下，这个基本上就相当于西式做法里面的slow roast了。这种做法太nb了！！
以后我们家的肉就这么做了！只不过要少放点盐，少腌几天。
实在是太香太香了，而且无比简单，吐血推荐！ |

use aluminum to line your pan so NP need to wash. then fold aluminum foil
into the shape of a Chinese fan (with many creases ). put the meat on the
creases so the dripped liquid does not wet the meat ( otherwise it would
become roasted instead of grilled)
when done, pick up meat and put to a plate, throw away foil. |

rebalance - 如果一年开始的时候是大中小各1/3的话，十有八九到了年底这个比例就
不是各1/3了，rebalance就是卖掉占得多的去买占得少的，把比例调回你计划的比例。
big/mid/small cap - 就是etf投资的公司大小。简单说，GE/苹果算big cap(不是叫
large cap么？)，多数药厂，部分互联网公司算small cap。
去看看investopedia吧，至少搞清楚基本概念，要不然真是对自己的钱不负责... |
