，到银行做公证。3月，我自己的材料、ECFMG、FSMB和国内学校的文件陆陆续续寄到
MBC (Medical Board of California)，噩梦开始酝酿。
国内学校非常给力，给了我去年通过认证的L5 form模板。依样画葫，稍稍改了改时间
，就让学校用FedEx寄出了。4月，the first analyst通知我，neurology和psychology
不能写在一起，得各有明确的实习时间。照办，第二次FedEx寄出。5月，the first
analyst通知我要一个detailed explanation of Diagnostic course。不明就里，多次
发email询问无果后，致电MBC，被告知这个analyst在6月退休了。7月，接手的the
second analyst坚持要这个文件。只得就范，满头雾水中，翻出箱底的诊断书，拟了个

explanation 可能反而会阻碍从 concrete thinking 进入 formal thinking。
具体而言，围棋哥的 explanation，是 arithmetic 阶段的 clear concrete thinking
w/ structure。没啥问题。
nonpp 的 explanation，是 formal thinking，虽然有些默认的属性，比如正交所以相
乘，没有详细解释，但对中小学普通娃而言，intuitional formal thinking 可能是一
个必经的阶段。(日常生活中没有多少 formal thinking，所以即使是 formal
thinking 的 intuition，很可能也需要在做题时建立。)
而 jxp 的 prealgebra 的阶段的 half-concrete thinking, half-formal thinking
的
explanation，其 explanation 本身很清晰、很明了、也无二义。

over-explanation 的意义，还不如 challenge-resolution。（当然题目的难度
范围是不是适合，也是一个讨论话题）。
或者说，吉米多维奇也有人家一定的道理。具体对于这个题的例子而言：
虽然我目前不会搞这种题，这留到将来代数学好以后再说。但拿这题做例子，我就算
over-explanation，娃也不一定 take 我认为好的 explanation。（或者也可能
我的 explanation 就是错的）。
我觉得简单 explanation -- 也就是把自己心里所想的 mathematical structure
在空间里比划出来，简单解释一下就完了。然后要再有争议，不如把正四面体、正六面
体、正十二面体，每色上一面、每色上两面、每色上三面、组合的情况都搞一搞。能
搞对就是真理，搞不对再具体问题、具体分析、具体错误出现在哪里。
其实我觉得娃最讨厌大人罗罗嗦嗦了，我觉得一个折中的办法就是，多画图，少解释。
差不多了就继续刷题，只要刷得下去。

一、注意“长老”不是“老年人”可能是年轻人或中年人。请长老抹油祷告是很正常的
，任何相信圣经的教会都会有人相信并实践的。
二、我不清楚怎样解释‘“圣经”“新约”明确要求女人在教会要“闭口不言”’。
我不知道这个教导是不是绝对的，或“明确”。
例如，哥林多前书十一章，
4 凡男人祷告或是讲道（讲道或作说预言下同），若蒙着头，就羞辱自己的头。 5 凡

我一直不明白，在辩控双方的证人都支持被告的情况下，法官如何能给被告定罪。
按我们普通人的理解，基于刑法的无罪推论，只有当控方的理据压倒辩方，法官才有可
能给被告定罪。只有在看到了检察官与法官之间的对话，我才明白，法官的判决其实不
在乎有无证人，也不在乎双方证人说什么，都能给被告定罪的。
检察官对法官说：“如果你先否定被告的呈词，那么，他的证人说什么都没有意义
了！”
法官于是做出以下判决：“虽然被告的证人诚实又有经验，但因为我完全不相信被
告，所以证人为被告辩护的基础不存在。当然，我明白不能因为我不相信被告就给他定

WASHINGTON (AP) — A California woman can't challenge the government's
decision to deny a visa to her spouse from Afghanistan, the Supreme Court
ruled Monday.
Split along ideological lines, the justices ruled 5-4 that Fauzia Din, a
naturalized U.S. citizen, had no basis to protest after the visa petition
she filed for her husband was rejected in 2009 due to concerns about

Now that "the trial" is underway, there have been so many inaccurate
statements on this sub about that cold-hard-facts. Some facts:

not guilt；guilty；guilty with explanation。反正我没搞明白3者之间的区别。
就说了guilty with explanation。结果法官重复问我有没有听懂他前面说的，估计他是
想
帮我一把，我正在犹豫，回头一看后面的观众，他们都冲我使眼色，意思是该说not
guilty。
我就说了，结果很快结束，没罚钱也没点。
出去后我的临座告诉我说是因为给你超速罚单的警察今天没来，所以可以说not guilty。
还说我lucky。
问题：
1，通常警察都不出庭吗？
2，警察出庭我该说什么？
3，guilty与guilty with explanation的区别是什么？

经过版里筒子一顿教训，楼主知错了。。H1B的确来之不易。。楼主也想好了，先保H1B
为重。
没想到今天又有新进展！！
新公司的HR打电话来说，他们有可能说服律师帮楼主transfer H1B！但有一个前提：无
论denial还是approval，都必须选择新公司了，i.e.，不能说transfer denial的话还
想回旧公司。
现在楼主想跟大家分享一下最近搜索到的所有关于10月之前transfer的信息。也求大家
知道的信息和input！
1. 楼主给至少15个移民律师打过电话，大概一半说可以，一半说不行。说不行的律师
大多提到了移民局最近的新规定新理解，就是10月之前的transfer不能exempt from
cap。而在2014年之前都是可以的。

继christmas在ER待了一天之后，娃又住了三天院，吊水的过程惨不忍睹。
换了两茬人，千辛万苦在ER埋好了iv，当时我就觉得埋得太浅，但是那护士说没关系的
。果然，前天晚上准备再上抗生素的时候，发现iv掉出来了，肿了好大一个包，不知道
什么时候掉出来的，外面纱布包得很牢。
然后重新再上iv，住院部能上的护士全上了，最后连nicu的护士都叫来了，小手小脚所
有的血管都试了，插进去，在里面搅一阵，偶尔摸到血管，然后又滑掉了。就没一个成
功的。我实在忍不住，去跟医生说，能不能不吊了。
娃实在太太太可怜了，现在不光她有心理阴影，我也有了。

于去与自己水平相当的大学，选择去比自己水平高很多的藤校是很不明智的。所以AA造
成对黑青年“毁人>诲人”。
如斯成立，则亚裔家长推自个的娃也须小心。如家长推了10年娃也没学会自推，那靠补
习班、凑活动经验上了藤校也是去给牛娃当分母做尾巴去了，也许不如去一州校帮助大
。学费省下来还可以投资给娃当个天使基金啥的。
