以具体价值很难估计，只能用west of market和houghton来评判。
最近有两栋SDS的新房正在盖，50 7TH AVE S和20 7TH AVE S，盖完估计就知道什么价
位了，SDS的房子在98004基本都是3M+级别的，这两个lot小，估计4000尺最多了，还得
带地下室，但是按照地的成本来看，房子开卖估计也得接近3M |

这个是在CPU register file里,属于CPU的一部分.比如ARM的R0-R15
X86的AX, BX, CX, DX
2.SFR
这个是在内存里,是把CPU扩展成MCU的extension.比如基于ARM7的TMS470
