Indians approved 23.3k PERM in 2008!!!
It's much higher than our expectation.
We had a wrong conception that PERM went down after 2007, but the truth is
that the total number of Indian PERM didn't go down at all. It kept very
hight numbers.
I would say the backlog will become worse based on the data analysis. |

If you look at the demand data, most of the Indian EB3 have PD earlier than
2006. After 2006, most of them are doing EB2.
