pump.
这边院子没有drainage常见吗？周围几户都没有，下大雨还会从地势高的漫到底的，
我的天，求推荐water pump把水搞到前面街上去。
要搞个正宗的drainage麻烦费钱吗？ |

发帖数: 39 | 2 Drainage 基本上，就是 “水往低处流”。你可以找specialist来看，估价，一般是免
费的，这些是做crawlspace drainage，Wu Construction, Perma-dry,Rite-way
waterproofing. 可是，他们也许会头痛医头，脚痛医脚，推荐crawlspace里面做
perimeter drain + sump pump.最重要的是你找出问题所在。如果是地势问题，也许房
子外面作french drain是最好的。当然，如果不介意cost,两个都做最safe.你也可以
check一下这个公司，我邻居推荐的，http://www.alliedwaterproofinginc.com,比较贵. 我又从这四家都bid过，从我个人经验看，alliedwaterproofing提供最solid的solution.
你有没有看你的gutter是不是排水正常，如果堵了（下雨天，overflow)的话，水会排
在房子附近，也会造成问题。

一家之言，经验之谈，我不是专业人士，我不要responsible for what I say here:)
别找我麻烦哈~ 可以批评指正~
虽然Northwest气候潮湿，但是传统上木材丰富，都是建的木结构房子。木结构的房子
实际上是架空在foundation和中间crawl space里面的水泥墩上面的，任何木头应该是
不能直接接触土壤的。有极少数的房子，不是架空的，我有时候走进去就觉得不对，蹦
跶两下，说，这个房子木有crawl space，非常少见，但是南方不潮湿的地方挺多的。
木结构的房子怕火，怕水，或者说moisture. 偏偏我们这里雨水多，土壤会饱含了水分
，往下渗透慢得时候就会横向，侵入crawl space，解决方式，就是perimeter drain,
或者叫footing drain. Foundation 下面更宽一点的水泥层叫footing，围着那一圈儿
，也就是房子外围一圈，埋下 perforated pipes,就是上面有洞的差不多四五寸直径的

发帖数: 2848 | 6 说到sump pump就说到了解决办法~ 现在的解决办法，就是在crawl space里面，顺着
foundation/footing 挖沟槽，埋下perforated pipes，砂石，把侵入的水引到crawl
space最低的地方（在crawl space里面，我也见过一次在foundation 外面房子一角的~
），一个四五十加仑的container，里面一个pump, 有个浮标，当container的水升起来
，浮标上浮，启动马达，把里面的水抽出来，噪音么，其实很小，抽水的时候就想
flush toilet的声音，还好更小一些。
有的，因为地势，不需要sump pump, crawl space里面的drainage导到最低得一角，就
用gravity带出来，drain 掉了我也遇到过；再遇到过的，做的简单，在crawl space里
面footing 那一圈就是open的小沟沟，这个比较奇特。
Cost呢，我曾经估价过一个两千七百多尺的较新的两层房，$3500左右，是那个Wu姓的
中国contractor，他在业界做这个挺有名气的。另外一个应该会贵一些，在Lynnwood，

Just got it fixed yesterday by a technician.I think the problem comes from a
broken part in drainage line and it got clogged. That part has to be
replaced and the drainage line needs to be cleaned. He used a steam cleaner
cleaned it. He said all the models bought before 2013/8 have this same kind
of problems due to using that broken part. Not sure whether that's true for
other brands.

发帖数: 5583 | 9 一般就是settlement的问题。新房子盖好都有个下沉的过程。如果裂缝很稳定，就没什
么。如果裂缝越来越大，你就要找人看看了。dry wall 修了是容易再开裂，所以一般
修的时候要盖一层dry wall paper。dry wall paper的目的就是为了盖住裂缝，再次裂
开，外面也看不出来。
foundation一般builder的保修都超过一年。你要担心是foundation的问题，可以给
builder打电话，让他们过来看。一般修foundation的公司也是free estimation。但是
这么新的房子，他们一般不会来看。因为他们知道builder有保修。
说道保修过期，建议你也看看你家院子下大雨之后有没有积水。drainage issue保修一
般不止一年，但是比foundation保修时间短一些。drainage修起来也很贵。 |

I think the diagnosis of Cardiac Tamponade can be made even without Echo in
this case. Cardiac Tamponade is a clinical diagnosis.
This patient is hemodynamically unstable, isn't it urgent to tap some water
out to relieve the pressure to heart before any diagnostic test?
Of caourse the term paracentesis is not a good one, if this option
change to pericardiocentesis, which one would you choose?

【Sewer system 应该有一定设计标准， 比如5年， 或10年。 低洼积水可能是作为
Runoff storage 的一个OPTION, 但这不应该对其它造成HAZARD。 比如道路或者立交桥
的RAMP， DOT 在设计道路时，必须考虑到它的DRAINAGE 问题】
放设施的维护也有关。
作者应该是用Q= c*i*A rational method 算流量。 除此之外，还应考虑， Qp 及Tc。
如前所述，低洼地不一定是坏事； 但在设计标准内，“积水”/“屯水”用的低洼地
不应该在道路出现。对于高于设计标准的高达数尺(比如说3', 车就可能漂浮，离地)的

O8大力推动种植玉米生产ethanol。仅仅6年，后果已经在那里了。
大面积的原始植被/湿地变成玉米地，水土流失，被化肥污染的水进入水系，甚至影响
到饮用水,流入的污染水在墨西哥湾造成大面积的死亡区，水体生物灭绝。
最有意思的地方在于，生产ethanol的前期后期要花费的能量比生产出的ethanol能产生
的能量多。
