如果要比较两个transcription facotr, 谁activate那个特定的promoter 多一点。
但是其中有一个的transfection efficiency总是特别低，但是却发现这个
transcription factor可以更多的activate那个promoter。。。
我已经用了renilla luciferase作为检测transfection 效率的。
这种情况是什么意思呢？有没有懂得帮忙看看呢？

如果带promoter的那个质粒的转染效率一样，转进去少的TF反而更activate那个
promoter的话，不就说明这个TF更potent吗？

所以我也搞不懂，还是做个chip看看是否有binding吧

Even though they have same transfection efficiency,their expression level
might be different due to translation and stability.
do different titration and compare activation of Luc and in the meantime,
western for tagged-TF.
