Usually in Southern CA, you will be charged by title and escrow both. And
Retrofit Compliance is charged too in certain city. Feliz Escrow for
Refundable Pad is only the estimations and might be refund back to you if
you close on time.
All the costs are reasonable and looks fine for me.
