if yes, does the lender's title policy cost much less compared to owner's
title policy, say lender's title policy costing about hundreds of dollars
and owner's

In California, the owner title policy is around 2000. lender policy is
around 500-1000 depend on loan amount and title company. | K********g

The title fees that buyer has to pay includes Escrows closing fees, Lender's
title policy, Endoesments, and Recording fees...
The totle fees depend on purchase price. It could be around $2500-3500. | T****L

Owner's title policy州和州的价格很不一样还要看多贵的房子，但是lender policy
只有几百刀而owner's policy几千刀也属正常。
