mile run with 2 miles at goal pace. my throat is still sore, in fact, I lost
my voice, but the rest of my body is free of cold symptoms. went out in 30s
cold weather. first 4.6 miles easy and relaxed, 4/4 breathing, still
averaged 7:34 pace. looks like the tapering has taken its effect. last 2.2
miles went at a comfortable cruising pace, with 3/3 breathing. didn't look
