o****3 发帖数: 5100 | 8 那到不是。我蛙泳可以游到8:40min/400yard,但是800yard就要慢很多。自由泳没有
蛙泳快,我知道问题是大大的。不过没有时间改进,每次急急忙忙游完2000yard,还得
回家带孩子:)。有时想想,不年轻了,游多少算多少吧。

before their arms, unless you're being lazy with your kick.
Were you going too fast? or is it some sort of efficiency problem?
Either way, do some isolation drills such as 1)swimming with closed
fists, 2) swimming with a pull buoy. They should help pinpoint your
weakness, once you find it, just work those muscle groups extra hard,
and you will be swimming more relaxed in no time.

我打水不努力,因为划水时就忘了打水,打水也是保持平衡,不是提供动力。大概自学
者的通病吧。要是记住打水,手就乱了,游起来特别累。

a***c 发帖数: 2443 | 14 Try swimming a few laps with a 2-beat kick and do it nice and easy with good
form and snap those kicks. Sometimes when you're tired, you might drop your
hips and your legs can create drag and you'll end up fighting your own kick.

g*z 发帖数: 3227 | 15 胳膊手腕在划水的时候用力,水面上都是放松的。脚腕往下打的时候绷直,上抬的时候
是放松的。身体只需要保持姿态和平衡的力量就够了。
