目前情况,比上次减肥完重了12磅 ......起因是1月底回国了近一个月,然后就一直悲剧到现在了.....记录下饮食和运动吧,那么多年过去了,我是基本对自己没信心,欢迎大家使劲拍.....

个人感觉楼主设置的这个目标不是很容易完成,如果是配合楼主的饮食的话。因为减肥
,都有一个瓶颈期,不是你说,我将12kg平均分成4份那么来计算的。当然,如果楼主
年龄小于30岁,可能性会比较高一点点,但也只是高一点点。
嗯,其实我也有同样的情况啦,不过我比楼主矮很多很多,我才163cm,我已经保持
55kg很久了,少吃,运动,高强度运动,我都试过了,现在就是卡在55kg这里,左右摇
摆,但是怎么都摇不下去。当然,我个人觉得和我的年龄也有关系,毕竟30好几咯。
希望我们共同相互勉励,加油啊

我以前控制饮食,减了以后弹得快,那么多年来我觉得控制饮食减肥对我太难了。
现在就是尽量健康饮食,吃对东西,然后养成运动习惯。
我29了,也是新陈代谢越来越慢的...共勉共勉^_^

第一个check point, 到目前为止最低体重63.8,是吃了排毒食谱以后量到的,今天早
上回升到64.9, 算没达标。
周末尝试了紫苏的那个排毒食谱,不过只吃了两天,体重猛降了下然后今天又回去了点
。不过那个食谱吃完还挺神清气爽的。没拉肚子,也没有很饿,就是舒坦啊舒坦,考虑
以后每个月搞次。
