从去年开始，traditional call system（每3、4、5天call一次）不符合现在的要求，
现在新规定出来后intern连续工作不能超过16or24小时（不确定）
自己所在program，有night float，从前天晚上（偶不确定是晚上还是早上。。。）六点到第二天早上七点半，每人每年轮一个月
不值night float的时候，就值白班
一、Intern之前的准备：
（一）Limited license：
根据所在州的决定，工作一、两年后，可以申请full license，正式去program上岗前，必须拿到limited license，最好在7月1日前， 有了这个之后，才能有以下的两个号：NPI（你的全国的编号）、DEA（你签名开药需要）
tele所在州board of medicine一个月开一次会，review一次你所交的资料
tele是七年制：毕业证书是五年的时候拿到，但在五年之前没有实习，是七年的后两年实习，类似这种情况，任何时候有discrepency，就要自己所在的医学院出具文件说明

1. Symptoms. Lack of symptom, observe and avoid competitive sports.
Symptomatic, treat.
2. Obstructive or non-obstructive. Obstructive, definitely bb and ccb. Non-
obstructive, diuretics and ACEI and ARB can be beneficial. Diuretics are to
decrease diastolic filling pressure. The latter two could prevent
detrimental cardiac remodeling as seen in MI/CHF.

一下大部分文字是考前两月写下的自己的感悟，由于考前高压，可能会条理不清，词不
达意，见谅。
不变应万变
对于难题要做到镇静，想想我不会的题目，多数人也未必会，镇静，镇静！镇静下来之
后才能慢慢寻找解题思路，难题的难点在于，题目信息不熟悉，备选答案内容不熟悉，
不要慌，想一想，出题者的思路在哪里，用自己熟悉的知识点去解决不熟悉的信息，这
就是apply的过程，比如genetic的题目。以不变应万变。
对于不会的题目，不要粘题，没有思路，跳过去，回头再想。有时是瞬时block out一
叶障目，后头再看的时候会发现豁然开朗。不值得浪费太多时间在一道题目上面。
关于排除法的应用，首先排除自己熟悉的选项，再排除自己不熟悉的选项，如果自己熟
悉的选项不能排除，怎么能排除自己根本看不懂的选项。解决方案：如果最后自己熟悉
的选项不能排除，还是选择自己熟悉的选项。因为太超范围，太偏太远的东西考的可能
性毕竟比较小，较大点的可能是可能是自己熟悉的，但是自己没有做到很好的apply或

感谢多年来从mit上获得的帮助和信息，今天贴上自己的考经，希望对后继者有帮助。
一下大部分文字是考前两月写下的自己的感悟，由于考前高压，可能会条理不清，词不
达意，见谅。
不变应万变
对于难题要做到镇静，想想我不会的题目，多数人也未必会，镇静，镇静！镇静下来之
后才能慢慢寻找解题思路，难题的难点在于，题目信息不熟悉，备选答案内容不熟悉，
不要慌，想一想，出题者的思路在哪里，用自己熟悉的知识点去解决不熟悉的信息，这
就是apply的过程，比如genetic的题目。以不变应万变。
对于不会的题目，不要粘题，没有思路，跳过去，回头再想。有时是瞬时block out一
叶障目，后头再看的时候会发现豁然开朗。不值得浪费太多时间在一道题目上面。
关于排除法的应用，首先排除自己熟悉的选项，再排除自己不熟悉的选项，如果自己熟
悉的选项不能排除，怎么能排除自己根本看不懂的选项。解决方案：如果最后自己熟悉

这也是su 在麦经讲座中提到的两个证书。美国毕业生，如果在实习时没有拿到，他们
在住院医进科前的orientation也要拿到这两个证书。
通常各家医院的Education Department会提供这些课程，包括online的考试和onsite
的实际操作。这对于申临床科室的同学，应该是有益的。

成绩出来了，涉险挤入了９９队伍。总的来说，准备的不是很充份，详见以前贴的＂我
的step ３经历＂，主要是在吃CK的老本；其他乏善可陈，成绩单里唯一的一个星号是
给了CCS，这里就说一说CCS好了。
以前总把CCS和CS混淆，其实这两个有一个共同点就是open choices和uncertainty。在
这总场合，最重要的可能就是要有一个严格的protocol，这样可以尽量避免遗漏。考过
CS的同学都知道LIQOR AAA和PAMHUGSFOSS的重要性。CCS也一样。网上比较流行的是
Neeraj的protocol，用google一搜就能找到。非常有用。我把他的protocol稍微整理了
一下，自以为是更加简洁有条理一些。给几个朋友用了用，有的朋友觉的没有时间应用
，有的朋友用了觉的还成，让我贴出来，最后的决定是如果考出来还行就贴，要不就不
出来吓人了。
象CS一样这个protocol充满了mnemonics，开始考试之前第一件事就是把所有的
