obvious that I have exceeded in both mileage and speed than what Smart Coach
suggested for a 12-week HM plan. Yet my result is off by 3 minutes from
Smart Coach's prediction. I cannot stop wondering whether the result will be
better if I simply strictly followed the Smart Coach plan without tweaking
it...
Now looking at AM training plans for full marathon, I have some questions
for you niu folks:

immediately following speedworks. It's unlike running junk miles for 55mpw.
Asura and Pen both got injured with the 55mpw plan. I found it tough myself,
and I didn't even do the peak weeks according to the plan (because I ran
other races in those weeks).

A***a 发帖数: 1799 | 3 My only suggestion is: stick to the plan and do not change it. I am talking
about both pace and mileage.
I got injured due to some back to back 20 milers and I ran much faster than
I should.
So take care.

and I am gonna rest a few weeks and come back, I will stick strictly to the

performance -- not enough tapering for me. Next time I will stick to the
plan.

for too. it seems not only counter-productive but also dangerous.
