It was also my walkout/static hold weight at the beginning of this training
cycle. It felt light today and I was super happy to get 2 with one left in
the tank:

was right at that moment. Sometimes bar speed doesn't tell the whole story :)

It is the same with me, had a great squat day on Friday, and deadlift on
Sunday felt heavy. But heyyy, it is still very comforting to know that you
can do it any other day :)

and deads still lag behind big time. My last marathon
training cycle had trashed my legs.
Glad to see that you are gaining back your strength.

Since the program called for another x2@RPE 9, I got a bit aggressive and
let ego get in the way. I should have stopped at 310x2 which was very hard.
It feels good to be able to squat 3 times a week though.
