按道理说准备应该算是好了。当我比赛前三个星期完成3:30 long run.
理论上,理论上。
可是跟腱的问题,好像打乱了一下计划,也搅乱了心境。
tapering的时候。本来就对心理是个考验。加上少跑不跑对荷尔蒙的影响.
pre-race blue? maybe.
脚跟 只能随他去了。
但是竟然一天不小心踩到玩具小汽车把另外一个脚心踩个口子..faint.
但是皮外伤 真是容易好.hehe. 这个已经不担心了。
居然还牙疼,影响点睡眠. :( 这个讨厌。
加上少跑带来体重的增加(who knows they are fat or glycogen).
还有点感冒的迹象。
有点郁闷。
will not be a perfect race. maybe there is no perfect race.
just like life. it is always beyond the expectation.
还是那句话, just try to control the uncontrollable..

I did my own logistic based on this one but it is too precise and too long.
Everyone is the same: anxious. So when you think you worry too much, think
Ryan Hall is probably check his shoe lace three times a day for his Olympic
trials. So take the anxiety as part of marathon training. And don't get too
stressed. My only suggestion is water, water, water. Even if that means you
go to bathroom every hour.
